不久前,中国质协举办了一次“超越ISO9000,追求卓越经营——ISO9001获证企业持续发展研讨会”(相关报道见上期第25页)。在这次会议上,来自质量管理方面的专家学者与部分近几年获得过全国质量管理奖的优秀企业的高层管理人员,分别就质量管理体系有效性的内涵及外延、多种管理体系的整合和改进方法并行推进的有效途径,GB／T 19580《卓越绩效评价准则》国家标准所确定的卓越绩效模式与现代企业管理模式的关系等专题,进行了研讨。获奖企业的高层经营者,还分别从不同的侧面介绍了各自企业在质量管理体系认证的基础上,不断创新,超越自我,追求卓越经营绩效的管理思路和实践。本期我们选登了几位专家的演讲和若干企业的经验,与大家共享。——编者
Not long ago, China Association for Quality Assurance held a “beyond ISO9000, the pursuit of excellence in management - ISO 9001 certified enterprises sustainable development seminar” (related reports see last page 25). At the conference, experts and scholars from quality management and part of the top management of outstanding enterprises that have won the National Quality Management Award in recent years respectively discussed the connotation and extension of the effectiveness of the quality management system and the integration of various management systems And effective ways to improve the parallel approach to promote, GB / T 19580 “high performance evaluation criteria” national standards for the determination of the performance of the model and the relationship between modern business management and other topics were discussed. The top managers of the award-winning enterprises also introduced the management ideas and practices of their respective enterprises on the basis of quality management system certification from different aspects and continuously innovating, surpassing themselves and pursuing excellent operational performance.
