目的探讨核因子NF-κBp65与细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)在宫颈癌中的表达及期与肿瘤增殖之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学检测NF-κBp65,cyclinD1在32例宫颈组织及30例正常宫颈组织中的表达情况。结果宫颈肿瘤中NF-κBp65蛋白阳性表达率为68.8%(22/32),cyclinD178.5%,30例正常宫颈组织中NF-κB无1例阳性表达,cyclinD1表达率为18.5%。结论NF-κBp65在宫颈癌中异常活化,并与cyclinD1过度表达密切相关,NF-κBp65可能通过上网cyclinD1表达参与宫颈癌的发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) p65 and cyclin D1 in cervical cancer and its relationship with tumor proliferation. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κBp65 and cyclinD1 in 32 cervical tissues and 30 normal cervical tissues. Results The positive rates of NF-κBp65 protein in cervical cancer were 68.8% (22/32) and 17.5% in cyclinD, while none in 30 normal cervical tissues. The positive rate of cyclinD1 was 18.5%. Conclusion NF-κBp65 is abnormally activated in cervical cancer and is closely related to the overexpression of cyclinD1. NF-κBp65 may be involved in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer through the expression of cyclinD1.
