本文通过切削试验,分析了在精加工条件下,对于不同的切削用量,刀具振动参量以及工件表面粗糙度变化的规律性,以及振动与表面粗糙度的关系。文章的结论可为利用振动信号进行切削在线控制的研究提供依据。
In this paper, the cutting test is used to analyze the regularity of the cutting parameters, the vibration parameters of the tool and the surface roughness of the workpiece under the condition of finishing, and the relationship between the vibration and the surface roughness. The conclusion of the article can provide the basis for the research of on-line control of cutting by vibration signal.
