7月24日,全国治超工作会议在山西举行,9个部委和10个省市的代表作了发言,交流了两天来在山西治超工作中的所见所闻所想。全国治超工作领导小组组长、交通运输部部长李盛霖盛赞“山西治超经验”管用有效,可学可鉴。本刊应邀参加了对治超工作会议的专题报道,现将山西省人民政府及相关部门和有关地市的发言及交流材料予以刊登,以便学习和交流。
