During my time studying in Norway, the author learned directly from the Norwegian people and observed the basic English teaching in Norway on the spot. He felt a lot and benefited greatly. Norway is located in Northern Europe, with a population of more than 4.5 million and a land area of approximately 387,000 square kilometers. Norway is famous for its long coastline, numerous islands and unique fjord scenery. Driven by the North Sea oil industry, the Norwegian economy has been developing rapidly since the middle of the last century, and it has become one of the countries with the most developed economy and social welfare protection system in the world. Since 2001, Norway has ranked first in the list of “best countries for human habitation” that have been awarded by relevant organizations of the United Nations for five consecutive years. This is inextricably linked to Norway’s advanced basic education and higher education and its merits in talent cultivation. Norway completed the basic education curriculum reform at the end of the last century (1997). In August of the same year, it was officially promulgated as a result of curriculum reform.
