对162例小儿癫痫大发作间歇期的脑电图进行了分析,并与同期进行脑电图检查的306例成人患者进行了比较。小儿组脑电图的异常率和癫痫波的出现率显著高于成人组;局灶性异常居多;棘(尖)波者最常见;癫痫末次发作至脑电图描记时间,以4~7天内癫痫波检出率高;抗癫痫药物治疗能显著降低癫痫波的出现率。说明小儿与成人脑发育程度的不同,发作间歇期脑电图的异常率、癫痫波的出现率以及癫痫放电所影响的程度、传播的途径和扩散的范围等也不相同。
EEGs of 162 episodes of pediatric epileptic seizures were analyzed and compared with 306 adult patients who underwent electroencephalography in the same period. EEG abnormalities in children and the incidence of epileptic waves was significantly higher than the adult group; most of the focal abnormalities; spikes (wave) the most common; epileptic last episode to EEG time to 4 to 7 days Seizure wave detection rate is high; antiepileptic drug treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of epileptic waves. It shows that the difference of brain development in children and adults, the abnormal rate of EEG during the interictal seizure, the frequency of epileptic seizures and the degree of epilepsy discharge, the route of transmission and the scope of diffusion are not the same.
