自拟黄芪合剂处方,以荷S180小鼠为观察对象,探讨黄芪合剂对癌化疗药物骨髓抑制的影响。通过外周血象的RPMI变化,淋巴细胞转化实验,中性红染料摄入法检测巨噬细胞吞噬功能,以及透射电镜对骨髓造血微环境超微结构进行观察。结果:黄芪合剂对骨髓造血功能有保护作用,外周血白细胞及血小板计数与其它组对比有显著性差异(P<0.01);黄芪合剂明显提升淋巴细胞转化率及巨噬细胞吞噬功能,(P<0.01);对巨噬细胞及网状内皮细胞等基质细胞有保护作用。
The prescription of Huangqi Mixture was self-made and the S180 mice were taken as the observation object to investigate the effect of Huangqi Mixture on myelosuppression of cancer chemotherapy drugs. Peripheral blood RPMI changes, lymphocyte transformation experiments, neutral red dye uptake assay macrophage phagocytosis, and transmission electron microscopy observed the ultrastructure of the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment. RESULTS: Huangqi Mixture had a protective effect on bone marrow hematopoietic function, and there was a significant difference in peripheral blood leukocyte and platelet counts compared with other groups (P<0.01). Huangqi Mixture significantly increased lymphocyte transformation rate and macrophage phagocytic function. P<0.01); Protective effect on stromal cells such as macrophages and reticuloendothelial cells.
