目的评价超声乳化吸除折叠式人工晶体植入术治疗儿童白内障的效果及安全性。方法对28例43眼3.6~12岁的儿童白内障行超声乳化折叠人工晶体植入术。结果术后矫正视力≥0.5者11眼,视力在0.1~0.4者26眼,视力<0.1者2眼,视力检查不合作者4眼,伴有眼球震颤5眼。术中前房发生不同程度纤维素性渗出者2眼,术后前房纤维素性渗出者6眼。术后随访出现瞳孔明显变形者2眼,人工晶体夹持1眼,后囊混浊10眼。结论超声乳化吸除加折叠式人工晶体植入术治疗儿童白内障是安全、有效的。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation in children with cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation were performed in 28 children (43 eyes, 3.6-12 years old) with cataract. Results Postoperative corrected visual acuity was ≥ 0.5 in 11 eyes, visual acuity in 0.1 ~ 0.4 in 26 eyes, visual acuity <0.1 in 2 eyes, uncorrected visual acuity in 4 eyes, associated with nystagmus 5 eyes. Intraoperative anterior chamber occurred in varying degrees of cellulose exudate 2 eyes, postoperative anterior chamber cellulose exudate 6 eyes. There were 2 eyes with obvious pupil deformity, 1 intraocular lens and 10 posterior capsule opacity. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective in the treatment of cataract in children.
