At the beginning of the article, many people may question why journalists consider telecom operators as the most mysterious customers in the information security industry. Indeed, in the circle of information security, due to the particularity of security, there is no lack of first-hand interview information about some key industry customers such as the government and the armed forces. Described as not excessive. However, in the opinion of reporters, the identity of telecom operators is even more special. On the one hand, because of its huge customer base of hundreds of millions, the telecom operators have drawn much attention on the openness of the public. Its large-scale purchasing power has attracted more information security companies. On the other hand, because of their special monopoly status and confidentiality requirements, telecom operators are also very secretive about their own system construction and it is very difficult for outsiders to get a glimpse of reality.
