目的:探讨胸外科实施人性化护理干预的临床价值。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年4月浙江省温州市中心医院胸外科收治的100例患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组实施常规胸外科手术护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用人性化护理,比较两组的护理质量评分和护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理评分,包括服务态度、健康宣教、护理操作、手术护理和环境护理上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);患者的护理满意度为100.0%,显著高于对照组的90.0%(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理干预更符合胸外科患者的护理需求,能够有效提高护理工作质量,改善患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of humanized nursing intervention in thoracic surgery. Methods: One hundred patients admitted from January 2014 to April 2015 in Central Hospital of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to admission sequence, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine Thoracic surgery nursing, the observation group based on routine care using human care, nursing quality scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The nursing care scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), including attitude to service, health education, nursing operation, operation nursing and environmental nursing. The patient satisfaction rate was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group Of 90.0% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Humanized nursing intervention is more in line with the nursing needs of patients with thoracic surgery, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing work and improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
