目的:观察复方谷氨酰胺颗粒联合肠内营养治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法:对本院2014年1月至2015年12月收治确诊UC 181例患者,联合用药组(n=59):复方谷氨酰胺颗粒口服,0.67 g/次,每天3次+肠内营养混悬液(能全力)500 m L每天1次,4周1个疗程;复方谷氨酰胺组(n=62):复方谷氨酰胺颗粒660 mg/次,每天3次,4周1个疗程;能全力组(n=60):能全力500 m L每天1次,4周1个疗程。患者在治疗前及≥4周后进行电子肠镜检查,观察患者的腹痛、腹胀、纳差、腹泻、血便等主要症状、营养体征变化及不良反应等指标。结果:治疗4周后观察,联合用药组患者的腹痛、腹胀、纳差、腹泻、血便等症状均比复方谷氨酰胺组及能全力组明显改善(P<0.05);联合用药组的白蛋白、总蛋白、体质指数等营养指标均比复方谷氨酰胺组、能全力组明显改善(P<0.05);联合用药组与复方谷氨酰胺组、能全力组的总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组的不良反应发生率与能全力组的发生率相当。结论:复方谷氨酰胺颗粒联合肠内营养治疗UC比单一药物优势明显。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound glutamine granules and enteral nutrition in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: From January 2014 to December 2015, 181 patients with confirmed UC were enrolled in this study. Patients in combination group (n = 59): oral administration of compound glutamine granules, 0.67 g / time, 3 times daily + enteral nutrition Suspension (full) 500 m L once a day for 4 weeks and 1 course of treatment; compound glutamine group (n = 62): 660 mg of compound glutamine granules, 3 times daily and 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment; Can be fully group (n = 60): able to full 500 m L 1 day, 4 weeks a course of treatment. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, anorexia, diarrhea and bloody stool in the combination group were significantly improved compared with those in the compound glutamine group and the all-energy group (P <0.05). The albumin , Total protein, body mass index and other nutritional indicators than the compound glutamine group, can fully improve the group significantly (P <0.05); combination therapy group and compound glutamine group, the total effective rate of total group differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was comparable to that in the full group. Conclusion: The combination of compound glutamine granules and enteral nutrition has obvious advantages over single drug.
