效率这个问题在当前和今后,对我国工业特别是钢铁工业来说,是个十分重要的课题。因此,我们大家都应积极参加研讨,关心这个问题。何谓效率?《辞海》上有两条解释,一条是泛指日常工作中所消耗的劳动量与获得的劳动效果比率,对企业来说就是指劳动生产率;另一条是指一种机械工作时,输出能量和输入能量的比值。下面我想着重谈谈效率的问题。
