1984～1988年我院收治慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)病人180例,对其进行了胃镜及病理学检查。现报告如下。材料和方法180例肾衰竭病人中,慢性肾炎124例,慢性肾盂肾炎44例,肾结核12例。有典型临床症状和慢性肾功能不全,血尿素氮>14.3mmol/L,血肌酐>221μmol/L。男性82例,女性98例,平均年龄38岁,平均病程12年。应用上海医光厂XS_4型纤维内窥镜观察同时进行病理组织学检查。结果受检180例中发现消化性溃疡33例
