目的 :探讨小苏打型碱性矿泉水的抗运动性疲劳作用。方法 :选用雄性昆明种小鼠 ,设实验组和对照组 ,实验组动物自由饮用受试矿泉水 ,对照组动物自由饮用自来水 ,实验期为 30天 ,观察小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原储备、游泳后血清尿素氮以及游泳前后血乳酸含量的变化。结果 :(1)饮用小苏打型碱性矿泉水 30天后 ,实验组小鼠负重游泳时间比对照组延长 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(2 )实验组小鼠肝糖原储备高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(3)实验组小鼠运动前后血乳酸曲线下面积小于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;(4)游泳后实验组小鼠血清尿素氮含量与对照组无明显差异。结论 :小苏打型碱性矿泉水可促进机体运动时维持正常的机能 ,延缓运动疲劳的发生 ,提高运动耐力 ,具有一定的抗疲劳作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-exercise fatigue effect of sodium bicarbonate mineral water. Methods: Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. Animals in the experimental group were allowed to drink mineral water under test. Animals in the control group were free to drink tap water. The experiment period was 30 days. The swimming time, , Serum urea nitrogen after swimming and blood lactic acid content before and after swimming. Results: (1) After 30 days of drinking sodium bicarbonate alkaline water, the swimming time of mice in the experimental group was longer than that of the control group (P <0.05); (2) The liver glycogen storage of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). (3) The area under the curve of blood lactate before and after exercise in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group (P <0.05). (4) After the swimming, the serum urea nitrogen Content and control group no significant difference. Conclusion: Sodium bicarbonate alkaline mineral water can promote the body to maintain normal function during exercise, delay the occurrence of sports fatigue, improve exercise tolerance, and have a certain anti-fatigue effect.
