The party and government have proposed that the prompt promotion of all agricultural sectors is the most urgent and most important task of developing the national economy at this stage. Soviet science played a major role in resolving this great task. Applying advanced and scientifically validated and tried-and-tested methods of dealing with seeds, fertilizing and raising agricultural animals to agricultural practices should first help agriculture to increase productivity. However, some people think that only agricultural science should help agriculture move forward. This is an incorrect idea. All professional scientists should try their best to solve the tasks that have been put forward promptly and should apply all the achievements of our science. The glorious cause of every scientist is to use his own research to help further improve our country’s agriculture. Illuminated by the resolutions of the party and the government, many new tasks have been proposed in the field of biophysics, a subject that applies all the latest achievements in physics to biology. Biophysics is the study of various physical factors that affect the laws of biological objects. It should first notice the most rational application of these factors to agriculture. Here we should enrich our knowledge and look for ways to make the best use of the physical factors (the visible part of light energy, the ultraviolet part and the infrared part, thermal effects, etc.) that are already well known for their good influence, and those The new ones do not yet have the research possible physical factors (causing dissociation of radiation and radioactive radiation
