在新形势下,人才竞争成为企业竞争形势之一。为了使火电建设企业持续、健康的发展,注意加强人力资源管理是非常必要的,如此可以使企业内人力资源充分发挥作用,为企业做出卓越贡献,推动企业良好发展。但目前国内很多火电建设企业人力资源管理存在诸多问题,导致企业人力资源配置和应用效果不佳。基于此,本文将重点分析火电建设企业人力资源管理存在的问题,探究新形势下强化火电建设企业人力资源管理的有效途径。
Under the new situation, talent competition has become one of the competitive situations in enterprises. In order to make the continuous and healthy development of thermal power construction enterprises, it is very necessary to pay attention to strengthening human resources management so that human resources in the enterprise can be brought into full play, make outstanding contributions to the enterprises and promote sound development of the enterprises. However, there are many problems in human resource management in many thermal power construction enterprises in our country at present, which leads to the poor effect of human resource allocation and application. Based on this, this article will focus on analyzing the existing problems of human resource management in thermal power construction enterprises and exploring effective ways to strengthen human resource management of thermal power construction enterprises in the new situation.
