随着现代化工业生产的发展和科学技术的快速进步,对应用型技术型人才的需求量剧增。这就要求职业学校培养出数以亿计的高素质技术型人才。人才的培养靠教学做支撑,尤其是职教专业课的教学,长期以来专业课基本上是按照传统的理论体系以学科为核心来组织教学,把传授系统的理论知识作为组织教学的出发点,作为教学过程的主线和质量考核的主要标准,对学生系统地掌握理论知识开发设计产品是有利的。但是也存在不足之处,学生毕业后大部分被分配在生产第一线,所从事的工作不是研究、设计、开发、决策等,而是操作设备、制定工艺、筹划工装卡具、调整试车、查找故障和排除故障,出现了学生在学校学的知识相当一部分用不上,而现场工作所必需的工作能力又不具备的情况。本文针对目前职业学校专业教学不能满足经济快速发展的需求这一现状,提出了以实践为导向的一体化教学改革。下面我从三个方面对一体化教学进行阐述,希望能对同行加以启迪和帮助。

However, there are still some shortcomings. After graduating, most of them are assigned to the front line of production. The work they are engaged in is not research, design, development and decision-making. Instead, they operate equipment, make technology, plan tooling, Find fault and troubleshooting, there has been a considerable part of the students learned in school do not have access, but the work site required for work capacity not available. In view of the current situation that professional teaching in vocational schools can not meet the demand of rapid economic development, this paper proposes a practice-oriented integrated teaching reform. Here I elaborate on integrated teaching from three aspects, hoping to enlighten and help colleagues.
