采用有限元数值模拟方法,运用有限元分析软件DYNAFORM对差厚激光拼焊板汽车后纵梁拉延成形过程进行了模拟分析。对模拟结果中零件出现的破裂、起皱等缺陷进行了工艺优化,将优化后的工艺参数用于实际生产,从而消除了生产过程中可能产生的缺陷。通过模拟分析可为实际生产提供指导,并试模得到了合格制件,减少了模具开发周期。
Finite element numerical simulation method was used to simulate the drawing process of the rear longitudinal beam of the auto-tailgating welding plate with differential thickness laser welding using the finite element analysis software DYNAFORM. The simulation results in the parts of the rupture, wrinkling and other defects of the process optimization, the optimized process parameters for the actual production, thus eliminating the possible defects in the production process. Through the simulation analysis can provide guidance for the actual production, and try out the mold parts, reducing the mold development cycle.
