进入阳春三月以后,我国人民有吃春饼、春卷的习俗,并借此企盼好年景与家人的安康。在春饼、春卷之中,春卷以其食用方便、主副兼备、花色多样而最受人们喜爱,下面介绍几款春卷的制作方法。 如意春卷 皮料:米面煎饼若干张。馅料:葱丝、炝豆芽、胡萝卜丝、香菇丝、香菜、炝土豆丝、辣椒丝、炒鸡蛋丝、各种熟肉丝、甜辣酱等,依家庭条件与个人口味调配。做法:直接蘸汁食用或蒸后食用。
