施工成本控制是施工企业能否有效进行项目成本控制的关键。但目前我国施工企业在施工阶段的成本控制中还存在许多问题。针对于这些问题,本文提出了施工成本控制的方法。
Construction cost control is the key to whether construction enterprises can effectively control project cost. However, there are still many problems in the cost control of construction enterprises in China at present. In response to these problems, this paper presents a method of construction cost control.
