本文讲述了一种无创伤新生儿经皮胆红素监侧仪(TCB)的原理和设计。该TCB采用双波长测量新生儿皮下反射的方法,获得和血胆红素值相关性较高的经皮胆红素值。经临床试用证明本TCB样机可无创伤、简便、有效地应用于新生儿黄疸患儿的监护和筛选。
This article describes the principle and design of a non-invasive neonatal percutaneous bilirubin monitoring device (TCB). The TCB uses a dual-wavelength method to measure neonatal subcutaneous reflex to obtain transcutaneous bilirubin values that are highly correlated with the bilirubin value. The clinical trials prove that the TCB prototype can be used non-invasively, simply, and effectively in the monitoring and screening of neonates with jaundice.
