空中乘务专业的形象设计是必修课之一,学生们需要掌握相关的形象设计知识和技巧,这不能仅仅停留在表面的学习,更要为学生提高形象设计技能提供实训机会,使理论和实践相结合,但是由于受到课堂时间的限制,教师在设置实践环节方面力不从心,学生们的实践经验缺乏,直接影响他们将来对工作岗位的适应,笔者根据自己的教学经验提出了乘务专业形象设计实训教学方面存在的问题并提出了相应的改革措施,希望对乘务专业实训教学有所帮助。
