合成了高活性烯烃醛化催化剂,二氧化硅负载聚.-γ-氨丙基硅氧烷-钌-钴双金属络合物(SiO_2-Si-NH_2-Ru-Co),XPS和IR分析表明,络合物中氮原子与金属间形成了配应键.研究对苯乙烯醛化反应的最佳条件为:Ru/Co摩尔比2/1,温度130-140℃,CO/H_2比为1/1-1/2。该催化剂稳定性高,可重复使用。
Highly active olefin hydroformylation catalysts were synthesized and supported on silica. -γ-aminopropylsiloxane-ruthenium-cobalt bimetallic complex (SiO_2-Si-NH_2-Ru-Co). XPS and IR analyzes showed that the nitrogen atom in the complex formed a coordinate bond with the metal . The optimal conditions for the systhesis of styrene were as follows: Ru / Co molar ratio 2/1, temperature 130-140 ℃, CO / H 2 ratio 1 / 1-1 / 2. The catalyst is highly stable and reusable.
