能引起牙体牙髓病和牙周病的细菌有多种,其致病因子在进入机体后,与宿主细胞膜表面的相关受体结合,如CD14和Toll样受体,传导炎症信号,产生炎症介质,导致组织炎性破坏。不同致病菌或相同致病菌的不同致病因子作用于宿主细胞的表面受体不尽相同,产生炎症反应各不相同。因此,研究这些不同口腔致病菌的膜相关受体对牙体牙髓病和牙周病的治疗具有重要指导意义。本文就多种口腔致病菌的膜表面相关受体进行综述。
