理想衡器的示重应当不受被称物在承重装置上所处位置的影响,检定规程也对实用衡器的最大允许角差作了严格规定。由于传感器性能参数的分散性,在相同的供桥电压下,电子秤往往出现较大的角差,而被检定为不合格。调整桥压是减小角差的一种简便而行之有效的手段。下文将分别给出传感器在串联和并联使用时计算桥压的公式,并对有关问题提出拙见。
The weight of an ideal weighing instrument should not be affected by the position of the object under load. The verification procedure also strictly stipulates the maximum allowable angular difference of a practical weighing instrument. Due to the dispersion of the sensor performance parameters, the electronic scale tends to have a large angular difference at the same supply voltage for the bridge, and was judged as unqualified. Adjusting the bridge pressure is a simple and effective way to reduce the angle difference. Below will be given the sensor in the series and parallel calculation of bridge pressure formula, and the humble opinion on the issue.
