目的 探明X线作业人员晶状体混浊情况。方法 采用裂隙灯检查法对本市584名X线作业人员晶状体进行调查。结果 584人中放射性白内障11人,检出率为1.88%,“放射性晶状体损伤”所致晶状体混浊的检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),医用X线和工业探伤人员晶状体混浊情况差异无显著性(P>0.05),X线作业人员晶状体混浊的检出率随工龄增长而增高。结论 X线作业人员晶状体混浊程度与接触射线的时间及防护条件有关。
Objective To determine the opacity of lens in X-ray workers. Methods Slit lamp examination was performed on 584 X-ray workers in our city. Results There were 11 out of 584 patients with radioactive cataract, the detection rate was 1.88%. The detection rate of lens opacity caused by “radioactive lens injury” was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The opacity of lens in medical X- The difference was not significant (P> 0.05), X-ray ophthalmic workers opacity detection rate increased with the increase of seniority. Conclusion The degree of lens opacity of X-ray workers is related to the exposure time and the protective conditions.
