采用PFI磨浆机对BCTMP浆进行磨浆,利用纤维筛分仪,探讨在不同的游离度下,各纤维筛分组分的含量、纤维形态及特征;同时利用扫描电子显微镜观察浆料在磨浆过程中的纤维形态变化;并进一步探讨筛除通过100目筛网的纤维组分后,磨浆对纤维的影响。结果表明,随着磨浆的进行,在不同游离度下,各组分的变化趋势不同。SEM图观察发现,磨浆使纤维不断分离和细纤维化,细小纤维填充在长纤维之间,起到架桥作用。筛除通过100目筛的组分后,随着磨浆的进行,纤维形态的变化趋势与筛分前不同。
The pulp of BCTMP was refined by PFI refiner, and the content, morphology and characteristics of the fiber sizing components were investigated under different degrees of freeness by using fiber sifter. At the same time, the microstructure of the slurry was observed by scanning electron microscopy The process of fiber morphology changes; and to further explore the screening through the 100 mesh screen of the fiber component, the impact of refining on the fiber. The results show that, with the progress of refining, the variation tendency of each component is different under different degrees of freeness.
