近几年我国对外开放程度不断加深,国际贸易频繁,良好的政策也鼓励了我国国内的建筑类企业向国际市场前进,越来越多的企业承担了国际工程的建设。国际工程总承包模式是一种是国际工程管理领域的最新管理模式,但是我国工程总承包企业的发展还不够健全,在成本管理上也存在着一定的问题,这些都制约了我国的国际工程总承包企业的发展。探究国际工程总承包的成本管理就非常重要,本篇论文从我国的国际工程总承包成本管理中存在的问题进行阐述并提出改进的措施。
In recent years, China has been deepening its opening-up to the outside world with frequent international trade. Good policies encourage domestic construction enterprises in China to move forward in the international market. More and more enterprises are undertaking the construction of international projects. The international engineering general contracting mode is a newest management mode in the field of international engineering management. However, the development of engineering general contracting enterprises in our country is still not sound enough. There are also some problems in cost management, which all restrict our country’s total international engineering Contracting business development. It is very important to explore the cost management of international engineering general contracting. This paper elaborates the existing problems in the international engineering general contracting cost management in our country and puts forward some measures to improve it.
