经济体制包括所有制形式和经济运行方式两个方面。所有制形式是基础,它决定和制约经济运行方式。由于社会主义特别是初级阶段的社会主义实行多种性质的所有制并存,因此,必然有相应于多种所有制的多种运行方式,也必然有多种经济体制模式。又由于在多种性质的所有制形式中以公有制为主体,因此,又必然有相应于公有制的居主体地位的运行方式,它和公有制构成经济体制的主体模式。本文旨在提出主体模式这一概念,并进行初步阐述,希望得到指正。
The economic system includes both the forms of ownership and the mode of economic operation. The form of ownership is the foundation, which determines and restricts the mode of economic operation. Since socialism, especially the primary stage of socialism, implements the coexistence of various forms of ownership, it is inevitable that there should be a variety of modes of operation corresponding to multiple forms of ownership and inevitably multiple modes of economic system. Owing to the fact that public ownership is the mainstay of various forms of ownership, there must be a mode of operation that corresponds to the dominant position of the public ownership system. Public ownership and public ownership constitute the main body of the economic system. This article aims to put forward the concept of the main mode, and carry out a preliminary description, hoping to be corrected.
