在一九七五年至一九七六年期间,我们利用涡轮降温原理,采用压缩空气作能源,自制了一套低温处理设备,用于热处理中冰冷处理工序。设备制成后,经过一年多的使用,证明性能良好,满足了冰冷处理的工艺要求,代替了原干冰加酒精的降温方法,不仅减少了产品处理的辅助消耗,而且避免了干冰供应困难的问题。同时对于劳动条件和环境污染也有了改善,现将这套设备作如下介绍。
From 1975 to 1976, we used the principle of turbo-cooling and compressed air as the energy source to make a set of cryogenic treatment equipment for the cold treatment in heat treatment. After the equipment is made, after more than a year of use, it proves that the performance is good and meets the technical requirements of ice-cold treatment instead of the original dry ice plus alcohol cooling method, which not only reduces the auxiliary consumption of product processing but also avoids the difficulty of supplying dry ice problem.
