为实现洁净环境对环境粒子的严格要求,采用一种基于Lab VIEW的粒子计数系统设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计。该系统硬件部分主要用来对输入信号进行处理,软件部分采用Lab VIEW进行编程,能够完成对符合设定条件的信号计数。实验表明,该系统相对传统粒子计数器具有开发迅速、高效、操作简便的特点,达到设计要求。 In order to achieve the clean environment for the environmental particles of the stringent requirements, the use of a LabVIEW based particle counting system design, and complete the system hardware and software design. The hardware part of the system is mainly used to process the input signal. The software part is programmed by using LabVIEW, which can finish counting the signals that meet the set conditions. Experiments show that the system has the characteristics of rapid development, high efficiency and easy operation compared with the traditional particle counter, and meets the design requirements.
