随着轨道车辆行业的高速发展,客车室内的噪声特性已成为衡量其质量的重要标志之一.由于车室内噪声不仅与结构的振动特性有关,还与系统声学特性有密切关系.为此以某型客车为研究对象,创建了客车室内结构—声耦合的有限元模型,分别对车身结构模型、室内空腔声学模型以及车体结构—声耦合模型进行了模态分析和频响分析,研究室内低频噪声的形成机理,得到室内声场的分布规律,可为提高室内低频噪声品质而进行的声学设计研究提供依据.
With the rapid development of rail vehicle industry, the noise characteristics of passenger compartment have become one of the most important signs to evaluate its quality.As the interior noise is not only related to the vibration characteristics of the structure, but also closely related to the acoustic characteristics of the system, Type passenger car as the research object, this paper established the indoor structure-acoustic coupling finite element model of passenger car, carried on the modal analysis and the frequency response analysis of the car body structure model, the cavity cavity acoustic model and the car body structure-acoustical coupling model separately, The formation mechanism of low-frequency noise and the distribution of indoor acoustic field can provide the basis for the acoustic design research to improve the indoor low-frequency noise quality.
