数控机床是一种典型的强、弱电结合的机电一体化产品,由于强、弱电系统间的特性差异,往往强电系统会产生对弱电系统的干扰。采取一些抗干扰措施后,可消除或减弱这些干扰,其中正确地接地是一种简单实用且效果良好的消除干扰的方式。我们在改造调试一台数控统床时,曾发生过由于数控系统内部电磁干扰产生的高频感应电压干扰问题,因而导致数控系统伺服运动失控的情况,采用正确接地后使系统得以正常工作。
CNC machine tool is a typical strong, weak combination of electromechanical products, due to the strong and weak features of different systems, often strong power system will produce interference on weak systems. Taking some anti-jamming measures can eliminate or reduce these disturbances, where proper grounding is a simple, practical and effective way to eliminate interference. When we rebuild and debug a CNC bed, there was a problem of high-frequency induced voltage interference caused by electromagnetic interference in the numerical control system. As a result, the servo system of the numerical control system ran out of control. After the system was properly grounded, the system was able to work normally.
