目的探讨可调整缝线的小梁切除术对青光眼的治疗效果。方法实验组３５眼在方形巩膜瓣两边各缝一针可调整缝线，术后第６天起逐渐拆除。对照组３３眼行常规小梁切除术。结果实验组的眼压控制率、功能性滤过泡的比例均较对照组高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；浅前房、脉络膜脱离等并发症明显减少。结论可调整缝线的小梁切除术疗效良好，手术并发症低，是一理想的抗青光眼手术。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of adjustable suture trabeculectomy on glaucoma. Methods Experimental group of 35 eyes on both sides of the square scleral flap adjustable stitches, gradually removed after 6 days. Control group, 33 eyes underwent trabeculectomy. Results The intraocular pressure (IOP) and filtration rate of functional bleb in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The complications such as shallow anterior chamber and choroidal detachment were significantly reduced. Conclusion Adjustable suture trabeculectomy has a good curative effect and low surgical complications. It is an ideal anti-glaucoma surgery.
