该文报导了内蒙二机厂45CrNiMoVA钢扭力轴淬火开裂原因以及改进热处理工艺防止开裂的经验,指导思想是尽量降低淬火应力。实践中已证明这想法与工艺改进的正确。由此启发,是否也可以从另一角度来分析一下这个问题。
This paper reports the reason of 45CrNiMoVA steel torsion quenching and cracking of Inner Mongolia Second Machine Factory and the experience of improving the heat treatment process to prevent cracking. The guiding principle is to minimize the quenching stress. Practice has proved that this idea and process improvement is correct. Inspired by this, whether from another point of view can analyze this issue.
