目的探讨β-七叶皂甙钠对癫痫患者血浆TNF-α和IL-1β的影响,寻找癫痫患者免疫治疗的方法。方法将46例癫痫患者随机分为实验组和对照组,所有病例均在第1天和治疗14 d抽血应用ELISA法检查TNF-α和IL-1β,并选取同期健康体检者32例作为健康对照组。结果第1天实验组和对照组TNF-α和IL-1β的含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组与健康对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);14 d后TNF-α和IL-1β含量:实验组较对照组和发病初期明显下降(P<0.01),与健康组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论β-七叶皂甙钠具有抑制TNF-α和IL-1β的表达和释放,从而抑制免疫机制在癫痫发病中的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of β-aescinate on plasma TNF-α and IL-1β in patients with epilepsy and find out the immunotherapy methods for patients with epilepsy. Methods 46 cases of epilepsy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All cases were on the first day and the 14th day after treatment. ELISA was used to examine the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β, and 32 healthy subjects Control group. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β between experimental group and control group on the first day (P> 0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01) α and IL-1β levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the early stage of onset (P <0.01), but not significantly different from those in the healthy group (P> 0.05). Conclusion β-aescinate can inhibit the expression and release of TNF-α and IL-1β and thus inhibit the immune mechanism in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.
