鹰嘴豆和无壳葫芦籽黄化苗中苯丙氨酸银氨酶(PAL)经亲和层析纯化,聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳和SDS—FAGE鉴定均为一条蛋白带,用SDS-PAGE测得鹰嘴豆和无壳葫芦籽PAL亚基分子量分别为55000和74000。Sephadex G—200凝胶过滤法测得鹰嘴豆和无壳葫芦籽PAL分子量分别为205 000和280 000。表明这2科植物PAL均由分子量相同的4个亚基构成。
Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) was purified by affinity chromatography from polyculture chickpea seedlings, and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and SDS-PAGE were used to identify the PAL. The molecular weights of PAL subunits of chickpea and shell-free cucurbit seed were 55000 and 74000, respectively. PAL molecular weight of chickpea and shell-free gourd seeds measured by Sephadex G-200 gel filtration method were 205 000 and 280 000, respectively. The results showed that PAL of the two families consisted of four subunits of the same molecular weight.
