长海县结合依法行政要求,与东北财经大学联手对县、乡各层级领导干部集中脱产培训。此次培训从10月26日至11月22日,旨在促进基层领导干部增进公平待人的法律角色意识、公正执法的法律服务能力和公开制约权力的法律责任。基层领导干部提高法律意识、提高依法行政能力是当务之急。县委和高校就从基层实际需要出发,在人员选拔上梯次培养乡科级领导干部、后备干部和优秀一线干部“三支队伍”。参加培训
Changhai County, in accordance with the administrative requirements of law, joins with Dongbei University of Finance and Economics to focus on off-campus training for leading cadres at all levels in counties and townships. The training was conducted from October 26 to November 22 to promote awareness among grassroots leading cadres of the legal role of fair dealing with others, the legal service capacity of impartial law enforcement and the public legal responsibility to restrict power.
