介绍尿素溶液处理对纤维素结晶结构的影响,利用X射线衍射仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪表征处理后纤维素结晶度,晶面尺寸,横截面积以及纤维素内部氢键的变化。研究结果表明:经过尿素溶液处理后,纤维素的结晶度和晶面尺寸随着尿素溶液浓度的增大先增加后减小。通过对高斯分峰拟合法的分析得出尿素溶液处理破坏了纤维素非结晶区内部分子内氢键,但纤维素的晶型不发生改变,仍为纤维素Ⅰ型。
The influence of urea solution treatment on the crystal structure of cellulose was introduced. The crystallinity, crystal size, cross-sectional area and the change of hydrogen bond in cellulose were characterized by X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that after the urea solution treatment, the crystallinity and crystal size of cellulose first increase and then decrease with the increase of urea solution concentration. Through the analysis of Gaussian peak fitting method, urea solution treatment destroyed the intramolecular hydrogen bonds in the cellulose noncrystalline region, but the cellulose crystal form did not change, and remained cellulose type I.
