目的 :测定子宫内膜癌及卵巢癌患者血清层粘蛋白 (laminin,L N)含量及切除肿瘤对其影响。方法 :用放射免疫法测定 14例子宫内膜癌 ,2例子宫内膜增殖症 ,8例卵巢癌 ,76例妇科良性疾病患者术前及部分内膜癌和卵巢癌术后血清 L N含量 ,还测定了 4例卵巢癌腹水中的含量。结果 :子宫内膜癌患者血清 L N明显高于子宫内膜增殖症及其他各良性疾病组 (P<0 .0 5 )且与肌层浸润程度有关 ,卵巢癌血清 L N也明显高于各良性疾病组但统计学分析无差异 ,其腹水 L N明显高于血清 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;手术切除肿瘤后 ,两种恶性肿瘤血清 L N水平均显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清及腹水 L N水平与肿瘤的浸润过程密切相关 ;观察其变化对子宫内膜癌及卵巢癌的诊断、病情判断及监测可能有一定参考价值
Objective: To determine the serum laminin (L N) level in patients with endometrial carcinoma and ovarian cancer and the effect of tumor excision. Methods: The serum levels of LN in 14 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 2 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 8 cases of ovarian carcinoma and 76 cases of benign gynecological diseases were measured by radioimmunoassay before and after endometrial carcinoma and ovarian cancer. Determination of 4 cases of ovarian ascites in the content. Results: Serum LN in patients with endometrial cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with endometrial hyperplasia and other benign diseases (P <0.05), and was correlated with the degree of myometrial invasion. The serum LN was also significantly higher in ovarian cancer patients than in benign diseases However, there was no statistical difference between the two groups. However, the level of LN in the ascites was significantly higher than that in the serum (P <0.05). After the resection of the tumor, the level of serum LN in both malignant tumors decreased significantly (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The level of LN in serum and ascites is closely related to the infiltration of tumor. It may be helpful to observe the changes of endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer in diagnosis, judgment and monitoring of endometrial and ovarian cancer
