                                振动轮偏心机构作为单钢轮振动压路机的核心,其性能好坏直接影响基础设施的质量和施工速度。本文通过对比传统偏心振动机构与无冲击振动偏心机构的结构特点、原理,分析出单钢轮振动压路机采用无冲击偏心振动机构的优势。1.结构组成压路机振动轮传统偏心振动机构主要由第一固定偏心块1、活动偏心块2、第二固定心块3、中心轴4、挡销5、中心轴6等组成,如图1所示。新型无冲击振动偏心机构主要由螺塞1、壳体2、钢球3、螺塞4和阻尼油5等组成,如图2所示。与传统振动轮振动机构相比,无冲击偏心
Vibration wheel eccentric mechanism as a single-drum vibratory roller core, the performance of a direct impact on the quality of infrastructure and construction speed. In this paper, by comparing the structure characteristics and principle of traditional eccentric vibration mechanism and non-impact vibration eccentric mechanism, this paper analyzes the advantages of single impact vibration roller without impact eccentric vibration mechanism. 1. Structure components Vibratory roller traditional eccentric vibration mechanism mainly by the first fixed eccentric block 1, the eccentric block 2, the second fixed block 3, the central axis 4, the stopper pin 5, the central axis 6 and other components, as shown in Figure 1 Show. The new shock-free vibration eccentric mechanism is mainly composed of screw plug 1, housing 2, ball 3, plug 4 and damping oil 5 and other components, shown in Figure 2. Compared with the traditional vibration wheel vibration mechanism, no impact eccentric
