目的:探讨健康教育对儿童支气管哮喘防治中的作用。方法:选择我院门诊治疗的156例支气管哮喘患儿,分为对照组和观察组,各78例,对照组只对患儿进行常规治疗,观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上进行个性化、形式多样的健康教育,比较2组患儿健康教育的防治影响。结果;观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),经治疗后观察组的PEF与对照组的PEF2组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:科学有效的健康教育对支气管哮喘患儿有重要的防治意义,对患儿、家长进行科学有效的健康教育是必要和值得借鉴的。
Objective: To explore the role of health education in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma in children. Methods: A total of 156 cases of bronchial asthma were selected from our hospital for outpatient treatment and divided into control group and observation group, 78 cases in each group. The control group was treated only routinely. The children in observation group were individated on the basis of routine treatment, Various forms of health education, prevention and treatment of children’s health education in two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the PEF in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Scientific and effective health education has important preventive and therapeutic effects on children with bronchial asthma. It is necessary and worth to draw scientific and effective health education for children and parents.
