目的:观察内皮源性舒张因子的前体L-Arginine(L-Arg)和抑制剂 ̄wN-nitro-L-Arginine(LNNA)对动脉内皮损伤的大鼠血浆中内源性洋地黄因子水平的影响。方法:采用大鼠胸主动脉内皮损伤术和放免测定法。结果:大鼠胸主动脉内皮损伤后,胸主动脉中cGMP含量显著下降,血浆中内源性洋地黄因子却显著上升L-Arg可明显升高胸主动脉中cGMP浓度,降低血浆中内源性洋地黄因子水平;而LNNA的作用恰好相反。结论:内皮源性舒张因子可通过cGMP途径抑制胸主动脉内皮损伤的大鼠血浆中内源性洋地黄因子产生。
AIM: To investigate the effects of L-Arginine (L-Arginine) and inhibitor N-nitro-L-Arginine (LNNA), a precursor of endothelium-derived relaxing factor, on endogenous digitalis in plasma of rats with arterial endothelial injury influences. Methods: Rat thoracic aortic endothelial injury and radioimmunoassay were used. Results: After thoracic aorta endothelium injury, the cGMP content in the thoracic aorta decreased significantly, and the increase of endogenous digitalis in the plasma significantly increased L-Arg, which could significantly increase the concentration of cGMP in the thoracic aorta and decrease the endogenous Sexual digitalis level; while the role of LNNA is exactly the opposite. CONCLUSION: Endothelium-derived relaxing factor inhibits endogenous digitalis production in the plasma of rats with thoracic aortic endothelium injury through the cGMP pathway.
