21世纪是以知识作为获取企业竞争优势的时代,对知识载体——员工的开发与管理成为企业赢得竞争力的重要途径。基于保险集团化经营对人才的需求,应重视开办保险企业大学,以确保集团化经营人才优势。保险集团公司高层主管应领导和参与企业大学的建设;企业大学的培训活动应以保险集团化经营战略目标为导向;应将企业大学作为“利润中心”;充分利用信息技术,实现学习管理电子化;建立适应集团业务发展需求的课程体系与科学的评估体系。要通过开办适应保险公司发展战略需要的企业大学,实现知识循环、创新与共享,为保险集团化经营创造良好条件。
The 21st century takes knowledge as the era of gaining the competitive edge of an enterprise.
