对种植体愈合早期的研究可明确对骨整合的影响因素和确定种植体负载的最佳时间。本试验通过活体扭转和拉出试验与组织学分析,评价大鼠体内钛种植体在不负载愈合期不同阶段的生物力学特征。 选用成年雄性大鼠,常规种植手术下,植入直径2mm纯钛螺纹种植体于双侧胫骨中,每侧3个种植体,中心点相距4.5mm。按不同愈合时间,分5组,分别在植入后即刻和第2,4,8,16周后,切开种植区软组织,进行扭转和拉出试验,记录最大值。同时切取胫骨种植
Early studies of implant healing identify factors that influence osseointegration and determine the optimal time to implant. In this study, biomechanical characteristics of titanium implants in different stages of non-load healing period were evaluated by living torsion and pull-out test and histological analysis. Adult male rats were selected. Under conventional implantation surgery, 2 mm diameter titanium thread implants were implanted into the bilateral tibia with three implants on each side, with center points 4.5 mm apart. According to different healing time, the rats were divided into 5 groups.
