Instrumentation Society of Technology, Instrument and Technology Commonwealth share the third annual meeting in August 10, 1990 to 15 in Huangshan City. There will be 96 delegates to 78 units. Vice Mayor Zhang Huangshan attended the meeting and spoke. The meeting listened to the instrument technology sharing consortium director
