由广东省社科院、省社联等单位联合举办、南海市人民政府承办的“市场经济与产权制度改革研讨会”,最近在南海市召开。会议围绕现代产权制度的基本理论、我国产权制度改革的总体思路和具体步骤等问题进行了探讨。现将研讨会的主要观点综述如下。一、产权制度改革的重要性和迫切性与会者认为产权制度是经济体制和经济制度的基础,要建立社会主义市场经济新体制,首先必须建立适应社会主义市场经济要求的新的产权制度。
Organized jointly by the Guangdong Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, the provincial society and other units jointly organized by the People’s Government of Nanhai City, “Seminar on Market Economy and Reform of Property Rights System” was recently held in Nanhai. The conference centered on the basic theory of modern property rights system, the overall mentality and specific steps of the reform of property rights in China. The main points of the seminar are summarized as follows. First, the importance and urgency of property rights reform Participants believe that the property rights system is the basis of economic system and economic system. To establish a new socialist market economy system, we must first establish a new property rights system that meets the requirements of the socialist market economy.
