目的了解肺密度对肺癌靶放射治疗区剂量的影响,并探讨肺密度校正的临床意义。方法借助非均匀组织等效拟人体模型,使用电离室模拟测量左、右肺癌L型大野(14cm×17cm)及小野(10cm×10cm)照射时(6MV-X线)靶区的实际吸收剂量。结果左、右侧大野及小野照射时,靶区实际吸收剂量比原处方剂量分别增加15.6%、16.1%、11.8%和14.0%。结论肺癌照射时肺密度校正是必要的。
Objective To investigate the effect of lung density on the dose of target radiation therapy in lung cancer, and to discuss the clinical significance of lung density correction. Methods Using an inhomogeneous tissue equivalent pseudo-human model, an ionization chamber was used to simulate the actual absorbed dose of left and right lung cancer L-type (14cm×17cm) and Ono (10cm×10cm) irradiation (6MV-X line) targets. Results When the left and right sides were in contact with Ono and Ono, the actual absorbed dose in the target area increased by 15.6%, 16.1%, 11.8%, and 14.0%, respectively, compared with the original prescribed dose. Conclusion Lung density correction during lung cancer irradiation is necessary.
