目的探讨抑癌基因RASSF1A在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与胰腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫印迹方法检测4 8例胰腺癌组织及其癌旁(正常)组织RASSF1A基因蛋白的表达水平。结果癌旁组织RASSF1A蛋白的表达量高于高分化腺癌组织的表达量(P<0.0 5);高分化腺癌组织RASSF1A蛋白的表达量高于中、低分化腺癌组织(P<0.0 5)。TNM分期Ⅲ期RASSF1A蛋白的表达量低于Ⅰ,Ⅱ期(P<0.0 5)。RASSF1A基因蛋白表达与性别、年龄,肿瘤发生部位无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论RASSF1A表达缺失或低下在胰腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene RASSF1A in pancreatic cancer and its relationship with the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer. Methods Western blotting was used to detect the expression of RASSF1A protein in 48 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues. Results The expression of RASSF1A protein in paracancerous tissues was higher than that in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma tissues (P <0.0 5). The expression of RASSF1A protein in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in moderate and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma (P <0.05 ). The expression of RASSF1A protein in TNM stage Ⅲ was lower than that in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P <0.05). RASSF1A gene protein expression and gender, age, tumor location had no significant relationship (P> 0.05). Conclusion The loss or low expression of RASSF1A plays an important role in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.
