本刊曾在2000年第1期发表了《校园新时尚:去国外上中学?》一文,当时就对中学生留学提出了质疑,《中学生百科》此后一直关注着这个留学海外的特殊群体。转眼两年过去了,各类媒体争相涌现了中学生留学的负面报道,更有人将其中一部分斥之为“留学垃圾”。本刊特约长期居住在英国的凌先生发来了报导。
In the 1st issue of 2000, this magazine published the article “New Campus Fashion: Going to Middle Schools Abroad?”. At that time, it questioned students studying abroad.
